Our injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 300-4200 KN process more than 40 different thermoplastics in one-or two-component and in coinjection moulding. Here are shot weights of 0.2 up to 1000 grams possible. Our flexible, high-performance, fully automated infrastructure with robot supported exchange of tools and plasticating unit, controlled by a central monitoring and check-system guarantees that your plastic solution is delivered on time in the desired quantity.

RIWISA pays special attention to the quality of the raw materials: We prepare the raw materials to application needs, for example by a proper drying, and bring the granulates to a fully automated, tamper-proof distribution system for the injection moulding machine. All production processes and operation levels are certified. We guarantee feature-related zero-defect quality.
